Need to cancel your trip?
We'll refund you 85% of the cost of your unused Pass, or you can exchange your Pass for a fee of €15.
Step 2
Once you have bought Europe Travel Pass (ETP), please email to us your Europe itineraries minimum 1 month before the start date. We keep the bus to make sure the price of the bus stays the same for you and all the services are well prepared and confirmed.
In the ETP pass, you will have the bus with driver price per day (12 hours service) and the price for 1 way pick up/drop off airport within city distance - this price applies to all the 29 cities that have our bus service rental available. This price is guaranteed to be cheaper than any bus company can offer.
For hotels, you can base on our offer that we send to your email. This hotel offer is private and can last 14 days.
Step 3
Book your reservations quickly and easily with our online tool or email to us your final itinerary.
You can cancel your bus rental with driver reservation for 100% refund in 48 hours before the arrival day
For the hotels: it will be depends on each hotel policy that confirm to your booking at the moment of making the payment for hotel reservation
